We made ourselves a promise when we started the business – Do what you do best. As salespeople it is very difficult to be really excellent at any one thing, but we have found a team of people who take the telephone and relationship building to a level most of us rarely see.
As such we try to avoid being distracted with offering services that are not our core skill. We have 2 specific outbound ways to get our clients into a warm new business meeting:
- Pay-per-meeting – where we call, pitch, book and then qualify (note the order... it helps us stand by our meeting notes).
- Pipeline Management – where we call a PA, craft a letter, call a PA again, send an email, call the decision maker (with the PA's bessling), call again for a chat... book a meeting... take the lead back and nurture it to fruition... (note the number of contacts and time taken).
- Online Lead Generation - where we help to pull leads in via Search Engine Optimisation and website improvement offerings. Dovetailing this work with outbound Lead Generation (and managing both) is crucial for many of our clients.
- Integrated Lead Generation - this service places us at the heart of all sales efforts. We host the sales universe, keep it updated, capture incoming and outgoing leads (and nurture them). Our teams look after the pipeline for you, and our online team pulls appropriate leads from the web for our team to develop into qualified opportunities.
In 2006 we started being asked for help in generating and handling incoming leads – helping with PPC and website lead conversion. Our work in this area is run by specialists... Ross Jackson and his crew lead the work.
Whilst our services look well defined we know that they might need to be blended to fit a client’s needs. We are more than happy to do this but you need to start somewhere right?
Our mantra is that by using us you are partially outsourcing sales... and we know that involves lots of trust that we need to build together. We take our share of responsibility for opening opportunities and helping you to close them... otherwise this simply doesn’t work!
