Big White Wall (BWW) is a digital healthcare company. It delivers personalised support and recovery pathways to improve mental health and related conditions via a safe and engaging collaborative platform of peers, professionals and evidence-based digital partners. Their service is supported and moderated by clinically trained health care professionals with expertise in emotional and mental health. BWW includes peer support, creative expression, self-management tools and CBT based courses. The service is available 24/7 on desktop and mobile devices, allowing members to access the community whenever and wherever needed. BWW services a number of markets including healthcare, military, employers and education.

How BuyingTime Helped

When Big White Wall (BWW) first came to BuyingTime with their proposition we discovered early on that it was very much aimed at public sector organisations and not translating very well across other sectors and to companies outside the public sector. However, mental health and workplace wellbeing was a significant issue, so the BWW offering was actually very timely with its relevance, it was just getting that message in front of the right people. We sat down with the business development and product teams at BWW to truly understand and get down into the nitty-gritty of the proposition in order to identify the right people within the right organisations to take that value proposition to market.
