All great teams need a leader, a coach, a mentor. James is a softly spoken manager who joined in July 2015 and is obsessed with the quality of proposition, contact data and output of his team. His background is in sales and sales management, but he's a player coach and leads from the front - carrying his own clients as well as managing the team. James' passion is for developing the skills within our team that clients value so highly. He ensures that before any campaign starts the team have role-played extensively, that together they can fully communicate the benefits of the proposition that we have in our hands. Outside work James is a Winchester man, a Saints supporter and joins those of us struggling against the approach of middle-age.
