Client Services Director
James leads our client relationships and is utterly focused on being the “voice of the customer” in the business. The Account teams and Creative/Digital marketing teams report into him, and ultimately, he sets the strategy with our clients for the programs that we run. James has a long career in Agencies, ranging from creative to production, digital marketing and lead generation suppliers - and he’s developed a passion for our ABM methods - taking our services forward to lead the market in our sectors.
Outside work he’s passionate about Rugby, his family, cider - oh, and the list of DIY his wife gives him on a Friday night.
