All great businesses need someone to lead the line – keeping client projects and teams aligned to ensure that in a business like ours where everything is measured – we are all being held accountable. Steve retains a “glass-half-full” mental state, and has proved himself utterly devoted to the principles of “Account-Based Marketing”, both of which are critical in managing our life of complex projects with demanding clients. Coming from a corporate background where “home working” has been Steve’s life – he has enjoyed bonding with his colleagues and now owns the “Bondywondy” social diary in the office, where colleagues get together and play Badminton, attend quizzes – and get quietly drunk.
