Tony is a golfer. You might think that tells you everything you need to know, but not at all. He exudes credibility - understands Financial Services and retail like nobody else - and has a knack of being able to navigate around an organisation better than anyone we know. He has a propensity for logical argument and debate, but builds relationships smoothly and with class. He's also a grafter. Perhaps the determination of mastering golf has also rubbed off on Tony's focus on mastering technology propositions - his clients seem to think so anyway!
